02 · Walk the 10-point audit
Twenty questions across six sections, answered yes / no / N-A as you walk the school. Photograph every gap you find, for example:
- ›A broken or locked toilet door
- ›A handpump or tap that doesn't run
- ›An empty fire-extinguisher bracket
- ›A classroom with no working light or fan
03 · Submit — it routes itself
One tap and the audit is on the record:
- ›Scored, mapped and published against that school
- ›Routed to the BEO, DEO, DM and MLA answerable for it
- ›Tracked in public with a case code only you hold
